What should I do if I have a problem with a product I purchased?

We will do all that we reasonably can to deal with problems attributable to error on our part (for example, damage caused during loading, product defects that were not communicated to you at the time of purchase, and other issues.)

We receive quite few inquiries weekly, which we deal with as quickly as possible on a first-come, first-served basis. We will process your inquiry as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.

What kind of import procedures and documentation are required when making a purchase?

Requirements differ from country to country. Contact your local customs office to confirm relevant procedures.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

"As is" orders can be loaded and shipped in as soon as three days to one week after receipt of payment. Shipping times vary according to destination. Shipments to Europe and the Americas generally take around 30–45 days. Shipments to Asia generally take around 7–20 days.

Is it possible to only purchase parts?

Is it possible to get information on incoming stock ahead of time?

Ahead of time you can ask for a "wishing" list of tractor models and our team will do their best to complete as close as possible your list. Anyway this is not obligatory from our site but mostly we have our customers been satisfied.

Do you deal with individual customers?

Yes. We welcome both individual and corporate customers.

What is the difference between a “reconditioned” tractor and a “used” tractor?

Used tractors are sold "as is." Reconditioned tractors are used tractors that have been repaired, repainted, and refurbished with replacement parts and new tires and seats. They look like quite new, but are actually second hand.

What payment options do you offer?

We only accept telegraphic transfers and letters of credit (at sight payment as a general rule) for overseas purchases.

Do you have a minimum ordered quantity?

We only ship products overseas in cargo containers. We use 20' and 40' ft high-cube containers.

Where can I check product prices?

Prices can only be checked via a quote offer list. Prices vary daily depending on the state of the Japanese market, international demand, exchange rates, and freighting costs. We try to offer individual customers the same models for the same price, the price you pay may differ significantly when converted into your local currency due to floating exchange rates.

Can I make a purchase from any country or region?

Yes. However, due to the variety of import restrictions around the world, we recommend checking in advance that it is possible to import the product you want into your country.

Do I have to buy the cultivator extra ?

No. All used tractors been accompanied by there own cultivator.
